    The Experience Behind Sampson Development

    2003

    Homebuilding Career Begins

    Sampson begins career selling homes for local Texas homebuilder

    2005

    Sampson Homes Is Founded

    Built the company’s first home in Terrell, Texas, and completed more than 21 homes in the first year — establishing an early foundation in residential building and execution.

    2011

    Multi-State Expansion

    Sampson expands into new markets outside its home base, continuing to build homes, developing multiple new home subdivisions, and completing its first ground-up apartment development and mixed-use retail center.

    2018

    Expansion Into Land & Development Strategy

    After years of building homes and executing residential projects, Sampson shifts more of its focus toward land acquisition, entitlement, and larger-scale development opportunities.

    2022

    Florida Market Expansion

    Sampson relocates to Florida and began expanding the company’s focus in one of the nation’s most active growth markets, laying the groundwork for future land acquisition, entitlement, and development opportunities.

    2024

    SIG Fund LLC Launched

    Sampson launched SIG Fund — a dedicated private investment fund created to finance ground-up residential, mixed-use, and land development projects alongside Sampson Development and select partner builds.
